- The movie "Stingray," made in 1978 and starring
Christopher Mitchum and Sherry Jackson, was about two kids who
purchase a Vette with concealed drugs hidden inside. The bad
guys chase the Vette all over to try and get them back. (Submitted

- In "Corvette Summer," with Mark Hamil and
Annie Potts, a school auto shop gets a Vette from a wrecking
yard and builds and modifies it. It gets stolen and one of the

- In the movie, "October Sky", several boys are in
the forest and a man and woman in a 1953 red Corvette drive
