nice 1968 Pontiac Grand Prix with a 400 cu.in. V8. It's featured
at the beginning of the movie where the mob kills a guy in the

- Forest Whitaker as the very large football player in Fast
Times at Ridgemont High drives a 1981 Trans Am. Would have to

Name Origins
- The
name Trans Am came from the Trans Am racing series. Pontiac
had to pay a $5 royalty fee per Trans Am sold for use of the
